What counts as a site?
One address that we check from outside, with or without a connector. Staging and production for the same client count as two sites. Pause or remove a site whenever you like and it comes off your next invoice. We don’t refund the current billing period.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. Every site above your plan is added to your subscription at that plan’s per-site price as soon as you add it, charged for the rest of the billing period. We’ll suggest the next plan up when it would be cheaper.
How do check regions work?
You choose where your sites are checked from: one region on Freelancer, two on Studio, three on Agency and every region on Enterprise. When a check fails, Porro re-checks straight away from a second region, so one bad network path never pages you. Enterprise includes every region; on the other plans, extra regions are 30p per site per region a month.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Plans are priced by sites. Member limits only exist so the smaller plans stay small.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 28 days of Porro with no card needed. Add a card and choose a plan whenever you’re ready, and you won’t be charged until the trial ends. If it runs out, your workspace turns read-only until you subscribe.
Do the connectors cost extra?
No. Every connector is open source and included in every plan.
Do I need Laravel Forge?
No. Porro works with any host: outside checks run on any site, and you can import from Forge, Laravel Cloud or Ploi, or paste a list. One-click connector install works on Forge, Ploi and Laravel Cloud, through a pull request on GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. Everywhere else, the connector installs with two commands.
Can Porro change my code?
Only through pull requests you review and merge, to add a connector or update packages. Porro never pushes to a main branch, never merges and never deploys.
Do you support JavaScript sites?
Yes. @porro/js-connector reports Node, your framework and your lock-file packages on every production build, from any host: Forge, Laravel Cloud, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages or your own CI.
Can I set how often each site gets updates?
Yes. Each care plan has an update policy: a retainer, a set number of rounds a year from each site’s renewal date, or critical updates only. High and critical advisories are always due, and Coming up shows when every round falls.
Where is my data hosted?
In the UK, on Laravel Cloud in London. Check results are kept in full for 2 days, then as hourly summaries for up to 90 days and daily ones after that, for as long as your plan’s history: 30 days, 13 months or 25 months.
